“The location is excellent, minutes walk to restaurants, shopping, Yubatake and Sainokawara Park. The room was spotless and the staff was so helpful. The on-site onsen (female side) was boiling hot! The only minor inconvenience was that cars were parked offsite so you needed to coordinate with staff each time you needed your vehicle.”
“It is a beautiful property, walking distance from the outlet. We loved staying there in a cabin. We were told by a staff that we couldn’t check in until the official check-in time, but when I asked another staff. I was told that the room was already ready and we could check in.”
