“Comfortable hotel right by the train station, nice view from the room of the city, friendly staff. The hotel is in a really good location. Only downside is they charge for parking.”

“Room was somewhat spacious but the bath/shower was really small and is not recommended for tall people. The hotel is in need of an overhaul. Service though is really good. The staff was very welcoing and service minded and helped us whenever we had any troubles or questions about the surrounding area. The hotel is conveniently located next to the major train station.”

“I was very positively surprised of the standards of this hotel! Really sizeable room with a nice bath room. The bed was very good and the room was silent. Really nice and helpful service. Breakfast was absolutely ok, even if it was very Japanese :-) ”

“Great location, just a short walk from Nagano Station and easy to find. It's on the same road that leads to Zenkoji Temple. For a two-night stay this met my expectations. Facilities were clean and tidy. I also had the chance to dine in at their Mash Cafe - it was a nice, cozy ambiance and the food and drinks were delicious. Staff both at check-in counter and cafe were very friendly. ”
