“It started off pretty bad, but the management took care of our concerns nicely. Tip: Do not get the lower end rooms, they are awful. The higher end rooms are extraordinary. So are the grounds. But if you come at night, note the parking lot is unlit and a kilometer from the front desk.”

I discovered I had left somethings in the room safe at my last hotel and Ms Hatanaka was kind enough to make a call right away to my Tokyo hotel to arrange for them to hold it and return to me when I return to Tokyo. I really appreciate her help. I will definitely return in the near future.”
“Very cute Ryokan hotel. We booked a Japanese style room including dinner and breakfast, food was very tasty if you like traditional Japanese food. If you prefer other cuisines you might opt for booking a room that doesn’t have food included. Staff is very friendly! We booked private onsen and that was also very nice. Definitely recommend this hotel! ”
