“This ranch is located in the middle of nowhere outside of Waco. They don’t offer any food or beverages so you have to make sure to bring it yourself or drive 20-30 minutes to nearest restaurant. The ranch itself was very pretty with all the animals and scenery. However, the room smelled like mold, there was a mushroom growing in the shower and a hole in the shower roof which looked like it will cave at any moment. ”

“Overall a very nice little place. It is right in front and beside houses so it’s not as secluded as it seems online. It states that it sleeps 3, a queen bed and a futon, however unless it’s a kid that is your 3rd guest, I’d not recommend this place as the futon is small. Everything else was great and they thought of lots of small details. ”

“The Ranch was absolutely beautiful. The home had every amenity that we could have possible needed. The host’s communication was outstanding and he was very attentive to our needs! It was very peaceful sitting on the swing and enjoying the deer. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future. Highly Recommend! ”

We loved all the windows and natural light, the porches, the backyard area over looking the pond, the cute water feature, and of course all the beautiful farm land and animals surrounding the property. ”

“Home is lovely and in a prime lake spot. It’s private and right off the water. Perfect for hosting a family getaway. Plenty of space for our party of 7, all adults and one toddler. We even got some fishing in and just floated the lake before coming in and having some food on the grill. The home is clean and decorated well. “The bed was comfortable. The decor nice. Bathroom and kitchen supplies adequate. Kitchen table and sofa were a good size for two and comfortable. Nice and quiet. However, the shower and kitchen sink were on the primitive side and the whole place could have stood a good wipe down.”

“Pet hair on all furniture. Couch was broken down and not usable. A lot of windows are nice if they are clean. Host says it is professionally cleaned. They need to find a new company. Cob webs and pet hair. Watching the purple martins and deer was nice in the early morning. We were there for a family event in Mexia. We will not choose this place again”
