“As others mention, the property itself could do with some renovation which means it doesn't feel perfectly clean and modern. “The spa area was ok, as well as the treatments, however the treatments were all shorter than stated. The main issue was that not too many of the staff spoke English, which would be expected at a 5 star hotel. Those who did though were friendly. Also the hairdryer in the room got overheated every minute which isn’t optimal for a spa hotel, however the staff did send a new hairdryer to the room which was working sufficiently when asked about this. ”

“We had a fantastic experience at Kashmir Hotel and Spa. The staff was very professional, courteous and polite. The food was really delicious and plentiful. The hotel was quite, you can rest well. The only part I didn't enjoy personally was the massage I got. It was good technique but did not much besides that. ”

“A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.”
