"Weird setup with breakfast included when you need to pay extra for coffee. Limited information and where asked to pay again even though that we had prepaid the rooom. Wonderful view and great room, but that’s basically it. "

"Great location. Got upgraded to a suite, but actually got a smaller bedroom. The suite was an exercise room, which we didn't use. Didn't try the breakfast"

"Otroligt vacker lobby. Rummen är ok men aningen sunkiga. Varför måste amerikaner ha heltäckningsmatta nästan överallt?"

"Heater was not working, was freezing inside the room with my winter coat on. Reception did not care at all. Hotel was filled with crackheads and prostitutes. Ended up checking in at Warwick Allerton after 15 minutes at Freehand. Great location at least!"

"The hotel is nicely located in Chicago, within walking distance of some very cool areas. However, the hotel itself feels quite old and not very clean. You can clearly see dust, stains, and even some old hairs in the room. The carpet is unattractive, and the bathroom has mold in several places. There was also a lot of dust or greasy buildup around the electrical outlets. If you stay on the 8th floor, as we did, you may have to wait a long time for the elevator. In the mornings, the cleaning staff are very loud, and you can hear them talking and shouting in the corridors. The doors are not soundproof and also let light from the hallway into the room at night, which is quite disturbing. The reception staff were not particularly friendly compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip. They seemed stressed and somewhat short in their communication. Additionally, the snacks in our room had already been opened by previous guests, which was odd and honestly quite unpleasant."

"The room wasn’t for three adults and one 15 year old as i booked. The second bed was broken. The staff was however very helpful and gave an upgrade immediately."
