Location is great. Even better now when Plaza España opened up after long reconstruction.

“Perfect location for our Madrid adventure! With Plaza de España a few steps away, the playground was our kids favorite place! A short walk to the Royal Palace, Madrid Cathedral, shopping and many other sites. There’s also the free bus 001? on Gran Via to take you to the Museo del Prado and other sites. We would stay in this location and apartment again!”

Very clean and comfortable room. Linned very good. Nice bed. Good bathroom.big TV's. Only missing to be able to connect ny phone to the TV. That wasn't possible. Only improvement I can think about.

“Nos alojamos en el Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá y fue una experiencia muy agradable.
La atmósfera del hotel es acogedora y elegante, con una hermosa combinación de encanto histórico y confort moderno. El personal fue muy amable y servicial desde el primer momento, y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos durante toda la estancia.
Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y, al mencionarlo al personal, actuaron de manera rápida y profesional. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación sin ningún inconveniente....

De parte de expedia deberían de enviar correo o información de todo lo que conlleva previamente. Ya que uno piensa que es como un hotel tradicional con personal que atiende en el lobby ”

“This appartment building lies perfect in an alley from Gran Via, near Plaza Callao. Walking distance to most of what you want to see. Very clean appartment, and perfect service by the staff even though I was delayed and arrived in the middle of the night. The only thing I didn’t love was the alley at night, quite dark and a little scary. But otherwise the location is perfect!”
“Loved the area and the studio apartment we rented. It faced a lively street but the doors were very sound proof so we weren’t bothered at all. We especially appreciated the beach umbrella we could use for free and the refrigerator with a small freeze compartment in the studio. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really hard and high so woke up with a stiff neck every morning. The only thing we missed was a body length mirror.
Would love to come back. ”

Frukostbuffén var helt ok. Extremt tajt parkeringsgarage som jag fick kämpa för att ta mig ut ur. Viss personal var mycket trevlig, andra inte lika (utan att för den skull vara otrevliga). Väldigt nära linbanan och även nära en mysig italiensk liten restaurang som hotellpersonalen tipsade om.”

"Väldigt centralt beläget. Mycket trevlig personal. Fantastisk takterrass och stora ytor. Vi var 6 vänner som bodde här och varje sovrum hade eget en suite badrum. Minus: saknade ljudsystem och det var fukt i badrummen."
