  • Denna vackert inredda, nya lägenhet ligger i byn Muo, en lugn 15 minuters promenad till världsarvslistan, medeltida muromgärdade staden Kotor med dess olika kaféer, restauranger, museer och butiker. Fastigheten har 2 balkonger med utsikt över bukten, luftkonditionering, satellit-TV, fullt integrerat kök med toppapparater inklusive diskmaskin, ett stort sovrum med inbyggda garderober plus ett tilldelat utrymme på den privata parkeringen. I tvättstugan finns tvättmaskin. Lägenheten är idealisk för lata dagar avkopplande vid poolen (öppen maj till oktober) eller som bas för en aktiv packad semester. Byn Muo ligger vid Kotorbukten med utsikt över UNESCO: s världsarvslista Kotor. Staden kombinerar gammalt med nytt med katedraler som går tillbaka till 1100-talet intill moderna butiker. Hamnen ligger vid ingången till Kotor som domineras av det fort byggda högt ovanför staden. Klättra upp till toppen och du kommer att belönas med magnifik utsikt över fjorden och därefter.

Such a lovely stay at this propertyMy favourite was the balcony with the most wonderful views. The property was well equipped and the air con was much appreciated. I thoroughly recommend this apartment and Kotor as a holiday venue.

We had a wonderful stay at Annie and Guy's apartment in the Myo sector of Kotor (a 20 minute walk from old city). The location was quiet, comfortable with a magnificent view . The apartment was well equipped for our stay and very clean. The owners always responded very quickly and we're very proactive. We highly recommend this apartment in Kotor.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Kotor und auch in der tollen Wohnung mit der einzigartigen Aussicht!Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, nur leider hat sie, wider der Beschreibung, KEIN SAT-TV-Radio Empfang, das war schade.Ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt!Vielen Dank an Annie und Guy für die sehr guten Angaben zur Anreise und dem Check In, hat alles Top geklappt!!!

If you want to be away from the crowds and cruise ships of Kotor, this is an excellent 20-minute walk option to Kotor Old Town. The apartment is spacious with an incredible balcony overlooking Kotor Bay which was ideal for breakfast and watching Kotor and Lovcen twinkle at night.The only drawback is no air con in the bedroom, but only in the living space. We knew this renting the place, but given the extreme heat, it took about 36 hours for the bedroom to get to a comfortable temperature with a fan circulating. The washing machine was an added bonus.Communication with Annie was quick, simple and efficient and the map links provided made finding the place easy.

Great Views

This was a beautiful place to stay. Sitting out on the patio looking across the bay at Kotor was awesome. The apartment had everything we needed to prepare a few meals when we were tired from touring around. Host made everything easy.

We enjoyed the spectacular day and night views from this well appointed apartment. We found communicating with Annie easy both prior to and during our stay and we appreciated her prompt replies to our queries. We did find the mattress quite hard but the apartment was very comfortable in all other aspects.

We have enjoyed our stay. the apartment is very nice, well maintained, clean and tasteful. We had a great view of the lake from the balcony. We were happy about the deckchairs, which we could relax in after our hikes.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir waren sehr froh! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank ist sehr groß. Der Ausblick vom Balkon aus ist der Wahnsinn, man hat Blick auf die Altstadt und die Berge.

Beautifully appointed apartment with incredible views. Annie was so helpful, lots of communication and information about where to go and how to get around. Kotor is about a 15/20 minute mostly flat walk and we appreciated being able to walk there but stay outside the busy centre with a parking space and great swimming pool. Thank you Annie, it was a joy to stay at your place!

Great location in Kotor Muo !

What a wonderful appartment ! This size is very well, and the view on Kotor is superb ! All was perfect and very clean. The pool is also an advantage and very useful. Thank you Annie for informations, we spent a great trip !
