"The hotel was beyond my expectations. There’s a food court in the hotel! They have a pool, big gym and a cozy bar. It’s very clean! There’s staff to help you with the bags when you arrive. What I think you should consider is the cleaning. As an environmental person it breaks my heart that you change the sheets and the towels everyday. You have button I’m supposed to press to get cleaning but even though I don’t press it you change the sheets and the towels when I had left the room. I even told the staff to not clean and I got cleaned anyways. There’s no need to change the sheets and the towels everyday! Please think about this. I believe the staff feels like they need to clean because of the room check…"

"Första intrycket var mindre bra med lång kö till incheckningen (det tog ca 30 min), men det mesta annat var toppen! Inredningen i rummet (en svit på 20:e våningen) var visserligen ganska gammal, men det var rent och funktionellt och med fin utsikt över Kowloon Park och Victoria Harbour. Dessutom sköna sängar och bra frukostbuffé. Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge nära t-bana och West Kowloon station med snabbtåg till fastlandet. Många restauranger i området."
