Fina lägenheter men med katastrof service!

Stor och fin lägenheten i förhållande till priset dock var service och bemötande mycket dåligt. Vi fick byta lägenhet dag två då det läckte in vatten genom taket i den vi bodde i först. We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the Gondola. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated. The spa is an added bonus after a day on the slopes and the included breakfast is good.

We arrived after a 3-day hiking trip in the Pirin National Park, dirty and tired, so the spa of the hotel was a pleasant experience. Perfect Hotel för familj Ang för skiing.

Perfect location. Close to the citycenter.( max 5 min walk). Close to the gondola! Helpful straff, heller ha pur servera Times.

Decent hotel, close to the ski slopes. It's not exceptionally fancy but the SPA area was nice and the apartment was spacious and comfortable
