I had been taking night busses and hadn't slept in a bed in a while, so when i got here i asked to change my reservation to a private room w shared bathroom vs dorm. The person working had to check since i'd reserved through Expedia. She asked me to wait for up to an hour, but was able to resolve it in a few minutes. i had a great stay here!
