"Overall good, however a couple of improvement opportunities: 1) Supposedly it’s an adults oriented hotel, and the limit is 12 years. Unfortunately, lots of kids below that age. 2) Service by the pool area is varying in quality - from acceptable to poor. Staff seemed untrained and uncoordinated plus many don’t speak English that well. 3) Breakfast service acceptable, but not great. The process of refilling the empty food bowls could be improved."

"Whenever you needed help from receptionist the English was suddenly not very good. Once they needed payment or anything in their favor English was perfect. "

"We couldn’t be happier with our stay. We travelled with our 7mo baby and were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a private pool. The staff are all fantastic and genuinely happy and welcoming. The rooms are clean, big and bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is good and drinks in the bar are delicious. We also had a deep tissue couples massage in the spa which was fantastic. Would definitely come back. Walking distance to a few restaurants but if you are looking for a more lively location I wouldn’t stay here. 20m bus ride to Chania and Agia Marina."

"Fint hotell med bra rum och sängar. Frukosten var fantastisk. Poolen var dock väldigt liten, men varför bada i pool när man kan bada i havet?"
