Overall it was ok. You get what you pay for. Based on my past few months traveling experience through Asia and Indochina countries, these budget hotels are all alike with few exceptions. Usually they have good housekeeping employees and service, but they all are in dire need of maintenance, rooms and common areas are poorly maintained, except the lobby area. Never going there again.
There was no soap provided in the bathroom, we had to buy our own, besides that the air con was very slow on cooling down the room, awful smell getting out of the lift all the way to the room

Hotel with good location
Average hotel with the price paid. Food available within walking distance. Near to Sunway Pyramid. Pls improve on the lowel as they smell bad.

my opinion
the hotel was clean , service was not bad. the hotel admin couldnt speak english but some how managed to speak to them. besides that, i had to tell them that i booked my hotel on that day as when i told them my name, they couldnt recognise my booking so end up i had to show them my booking through my phone. i felt uneasy about it. the water jug in the room was dirty and dusty so here i could see how good the housekeeping is. overall, i ll give 3star for this hotel

Not a good choice
Very dirty room. Because linens looked like it might have been used, we had to use blanket we took from the airline. i know it is budget hotel and i have been to many budget hotels, but even so it was too dirty.

Quality of service
I booked 2 standard room but they give us 2 rooms without window. According to the website I'd book,there are 2 types of room which is standard room with no view and standard room. I suppose to get the room with view. But the hotel management insist that my booking was no window because my receipt did not stated the room is with window! This is ridiculous Somehow the standard room with NO VIEW was filled with smoke smell! Though they finally gave us 2 rooms with view, but they took more than one hour to settle this case which was wasting my time.
