Lite språkförbistring när det gäller personalen men annars mycket vänligt bemötande. Rummet var fint och klart tillräckligt för en familj med två barn. Vi hade två sovrum och två badrum samt ett litet kök. Poolen var uppskattad bland barnen, men den kanske hade behövt bevakas lite bättre av hotellpersonalen. Helt ok frukost. Området var mycket bra med närhet till Jalan Alors matställen och Chinatown inom gångavstånd. Också nära till monorailstationen som tog oss till Petronas Towers snabbt, enkelt och billigt. Började blir lite slitet så det behöver ses över ganska snabbt för att inte blir trist, men fortfarande mycket bra. Rekommenderas på väg hem eller ingång om man har varit eller ska resa runt och bo lite enklare resten av resan.

Stimmigt men bra läge
Det här är främst ett hotell för barnfamiljer. Gigantiska rum/lägenheter med kök och matbord, soffa och sovrum. Jättestort badrum. Poolen är stor, men tyvärr finns det alldeles för få solstolar. Stor och bra frukostbuffé, dock ganska stimmigt och ibland svårt att få bord vid frukosten. Det känns som att hotellet är lite för stort för sig själv, ibland tog det evigheter innan någon av de fyra hissarna kom. Bra gym. Läget är trots allt det bästa med hotellet, alldeles vid Kuala Lumpurs mysiga matkvarter och med gångavstånd till flera sevärdheter.

Bra hotell med helt OK läge, vi fick ett rum som luktade lite konstigt men när vi sa till i receptionen fick vi omedelbart ett nytt rum (som dessutom var större). Mycket bra frukostbuffé, pool-området är OK med stor fin pool. Mycket hjälpsamma med att förvara bagage efter ut-checkning etc.

Enorma rum och fantastisk service. Tyvärr byggde man om vägen utanför vilket gjorde det svårt att komma fram men annars ett bra läge.

älskade hotellet!
Läget, Poolen stora fina nya fräsha rum/lägenheter. Med litet kök. Och underbar utsikt (north tower). Personalen var något av det bästa Du blir uppassad och trevligt bemött. Värt varenda krona!

dålig städning och ganska otrevlig personal
Rummet var dåligt städat, receptions personalen gav ett nonchalant och otrevligt intryck. Hotellets läge var ok men inte mer.skulle jag åka tillbaka till Kuala Lumpur så skulle jag välja nått hotell närmare petronas Tower, bättre område.

Bra läge, rum, pool gym etc
Det enda negativa jag upplevde var att servicen var dålig och att personalen i lobbyn/incheckningen mest verkade tycka att det var jobbigt med gäster, särskilt när det var någonting som behövde åtgärdas, exempelvis som när nyckelkortet (till hiss samt rum) slutade fungera - vilket hände ett par gånger på några dagar. Beställde upp badrockar till rummet men lyckades inte få några förrän efter några dagar, på kanske fjärde försöket. Servicen vad gällde städning etc var dock bra och personalen trevlig. Hotellet ligger bra om man inte har något emot en ca 15 min promenad för att komma till "mitt i smeten". Bodde senare på ett annat hotell "mitt i smeten", precis vid tvillingtornen, och det var inte alls samma värde för pengarna där som på Swiss Garden.

Detta var en stor besvikelse - priset motsvarar inte alls nivå på hotellet. Arrogant och dålig bemötande, riktigt dålig frukost. När vi anmälde att vi hade problem med AC sista natten så blev vi erbjudna att byta rum - helt idiotiskt. Boka inte detta hotell! I europeisk standard är detta ett 2-stjärnigt hotell, med otrevlig personal.

everything is lousy. tissue not refilled on most days. even if it is, it's only 8 pieces. air con is leaking. tv is not working. sofa is dirty. toilet has flies everywhere. lobby is hot n stuffy, no friendly staff at reception.

Definitely worth the price per room. Thank Lenny of room for two to move around and cook if needed. Walking distance to Chinatown and several other landmarks.

HOTEL.COM で申し込み　　スイスガーデンホテル　キャンセルがあり　原因不明　結果は、　非常に遅く回答　　回答前に　電話で　再度確認したら　予約　追加で支払い予約できましたが　　またまた　勝手にキャンセルさせられていました。 どうなってるの　信用できない　回答は、　すくに　おねがいしたにも関わらず　なぜ　ほったらかしに　され　二度も　キャンセル受けることになったのか 安全をみて　別のホテルも予約していたので　そのホテルにて　宿泊できました。　　みなさん　出発前　または、　出発してからの　キャンセル　注意してください。運がないのかな　念願のスイスガーデンホテル泊まりたかった　でも　もう　二度と泊まらない。　キャンセルが怖い　二度も　　だれだろう!!

Large spacious rooms poor selection of plates and bowls. Only 4 off coat hangers in the wardrobe / lack of equipment. Decoration quality poor despite a recent facelift. Breakfast facility located in separate building - a little inconvenient. Keep door locked / latched as despite having the "do not disturb sign" on the outside of the door housekeeping entered three times !!!

Liked the location as convenient and cafes etc around the corner and close to shopping areas. Staff were friendly but inefficient and no accountability or urgency to help guests.

전반적으로 만족.
일단 레지던스라 일반 아파트같은 느낌이고 취사가 가능했습니다. 직원들은 숙박객이 요구하는 사항에 적극 대응해주었구요, 위치도 부킷빈탕중앙이라 편합니다. 또한 길을 잃어버려도 주변 시민들이 아는 시설이고 고층이라 찾기도 편합니다. 그리고 말레이시아인들은 화교들 포함하여 매우 친절합니다.

Love the layout of the apartment. The toilet is also unique. The bathtub is a step down instead of us climbing in. My room got the best view of Menara KL n the Twin towers. Everything is good.

한번쯤 이용해볼 만한 숙소,
일단, 객실도 깨끗하고 뷰도 괜찮았어요. 다만 와이파이가 정말 잘 안 터지고, 조식먹으러 가는게 조금 복잡하고 고층이라서 로비까지 내려가자니 시간이 조금 걸리더라구요. 친절한 호스트도 있었지만, 귀찮아 하는 호스트도 있어서 기분이 좀 별로이기도 했어요. (첫날 호스트가 별로) 그래도, 마지막에 짐도 맡아주고 시설이 좋았으니까 평점 4점드려용

It sucks! Don't go to this hotel/ rediences
It was upsetting to arrive after a long drive at 2000hrs to be informed that my room is not ready. Check in was supposed to be at 1500hrs. What happened during those five hours? On top of this, the counter staff was most unhelpful, unfeeling and to a certain extent rude. No apologies, not even a return requested call so I could speak with the manager I have stayed in swiss garden before and am shocked with the drastic drop in service standards The shower has water spewing from all three outlets. My first time! The location was good as it allows occupant to walk to several prime buildings around this locality

This hotel is in dire need of refurbishing.
Room was leaking water, air con was not cold, bedsheet was stain, requested to change room. Next room, the air con was loud and bath area tend to flood after bathe. Service staff was not eager to serve. Requested for iron board, waited for few hours. Very unpleasant stay. Will avoid this hotel next time.

Good for value
Housekeeping staff cannot understand or speak English reasonably well. Our calls for extra toileteries, towels and bottled water were promptly answered. However since they knew we were 3 persons, there is no excuse in not getting the room including an extra bed ready for us. The breakfast buffet at the adjacent Swiss Gardens hotel was good. It has warm soya bean milk!

Generally it was okay, cleanliness and comfort could have been better as stains could be seen from the sofa and the with generally musky smell coming from the fabric. Other than that it was a good place to stay. Cozy and good for a quick getaway.

Good location
Location of this residences is very convenient access to shopping and night market. Walking distance to mrt station. But on our 3rd night stayed, the air-conditioning was dripping water onto the bed. Due to they can't fixed the air conditioner so need to move us to another room. Not really happy with the new room, it looks like "downgraded " instead of "upgrades ".Also the receptions need to improve their knowledge of guests need to check out at midnight.

Value for money lo nu
We were very happy and satisfied with the apartment and the amenities (including a washing machine which we did not use) provided. We appreciated very much the Astro Cantonese channel which is not provided in a 4 or 5 star hotel. The wifi is excellent. We requested for extra coffee and tea bags which were delivered promptly. I will certainly return and/or recommend the property to my friends on my/their visits to KL.

房間寬敞舒適; 可是電梯的保全系統出問題
整體而言還是OK的, 只是電梯的保全系統出了問題, 無法上去到我們的樓層, 只好等待速度較慢的貨梯。
