“Unfortunately the Fairfield Inn & Suites called 1 day before arrival to inform us that they had overbooked. A transfer was arranged to another hotel, the Best Western Plus Olean (a bit further than expected). The Best Western Plus turned out to be good, clean and with excellent service. However, to give credit to the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot, they did their best to arrange a smooth transfer to the Best Western Plus despite the overbooking.”

“Very clean and spacious. Check in and out very easy.”

“A true B&B. You stay in a home full of antiques and historical photographs. The host was lovely and welcoming. I was on a business trip I had limited time on the premise, would have loved to sit in the living room a bit longer!”

“Trevligt litet hotell i en mysig liten stad. Den lilla staden var väldigt mysig och resturangerna var jättetrevliga! Absolut värt att stanna till en natt innan vidare resa mot Toronto.”

“This room had a strange usb power cord that went into the boxed wooden frame of the bed. The remote from someone elses room kept changing our tv, and the tv kept coming on all night long. We could hear the upstairs people stomping back and forth to the bathroom loudly. The bed was comfortable, close to town, heat worked.”

“Cute and private. Host was amazing”

“Per friendly ”

“What a stunningly beautiful place to stay! The house is beautifully maintained and just emits a sense of history and tradition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive and the property is in outstanding condition. The food was great and our room (the Signature Suite) was luxurious. Highly recommend this beautiful property as the place to stay in Olean or the immediate surrounding area.”
