We loved the spacious size of the rooms (last year we had Bamboo Villa and this year we had a Jungle Villa). 2. We love the breakfast but most of all 3. The staff is so kind and welcoming. "At first glance the place looked great and met our expectations. However after checking in and seeing our rooms and the different facilities we were a bit disappointed.
The reception staff we talked to initially was very nonchalant and we did not feel welcomed. The rooms are worn by age and it is obvious the place has seen better days. If you want a cozy, relaxing jungle visit I suggest a more modern resort. If you want more action I suggest booking something closer to Ubud as the daily shuttle service is always delayed by traffic."
