“Check-in was smooth as well as check-out. List of easy instructions to follow, nice little gift, and quick responses from staff members about any issue. My family and I ran into a little issue at night, and they were quick to respond and send someone as soon as they could to resolve the problem. Our trip started on a rough note when we arrived late in the evening to find the unit had not been cleaned—dirty beds, no clean towels, leftover food, dirty dishes, etc. Fortunately, our host was extremely responsive and had a cleaning crew on-site quickly. “This was our first stay here and we loved it! The location is perfect — just a minute walk to Coconut Marketplace and walk across to the ocean. We walked to the beach multiple times a day.The property is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pools are fantastic — clean, refreshing, and a daily highlight.Everything was exactly as described and the hosts clearly take great care of the place.
