“This hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere. At night all we could hear was the insects in the djungel and faint traditional music coming from a temple somewhere out there in the darkness. It was as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and though there were a few other guests it felt like we had it all to our selfs. The hotel has a rustic charm and we loved it!

-Mixed up orders or forgotten
-We booked a trip to Ubud with the complimentary shuttle bus the day before but when leaving there was no bus
-They forgot to charge for one of the dinners and then called after checkout to ask for credit card details
-7 different people asked about transportation after check-out...
“The grounds are filled with amazing gardens kept by the gardener "Agung". Dayu Made and her team cater to your every need, nothing is too much for them. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night honeymoon stay and made good friends with all the staff. The Bales (buildings) have lots of character and are finished to a very high standard. With a great pool and even better Balinese food cooked by the staff, we hope we can visit again in the future.”

“Jättefint ställe stax utanför Ubud. Rent fräscht och fina rum/villor. Personalen gjorde allt för att vi skulle få en så bra vistelse som möjligt. Bra service, de var duktiga på engelska och var så måna om oss som gäster. Sängarna var så sköna och hela villan kändes lyxig. Mycket bra frukost som serverades vid bordet med mycket att välja på. Shuttleservice in till Ubud på bestämda tider men gick att boka även vid andra tider för en extra peng, fungerade mycket bra. Absolut ingen nackdel att bo...
“The pool was amazing the staff were also amazing, They even made a happy bday arrangement and gifted a towel set which they made onto a bday cake. The only thing i didnt like and this was out of the hotels control was the cockrels every night from about 3am and there was hindu celebrations which went all night and very loud, thrle hotel tried helping with supplying earplugs but they did nothing really, so even though i couldnt fault the hotel, food and staff one bit i couldnt wait to head onto...

“Beautiful villa with very much nice bathroom in the outdoor with a nice bathtub. I was afraid of mosquitoes but it didn’t bother us much. Being in the forest makes you feel as you are living in the nature away from the crowd, especially with that outdoor bathroom and bathtub design. Staff are really nice and helpful.
