âI stayed here for 3 nights with my friend when we did Machu Pichu and we couldnt been happier with our choice of hotel. Iâd definitely come back. Everything from service, to design and vibe was top. Iâd def recommend it to anyone whoâs going to Cusco.â
âWe stayed in four different hotels in Cusco and this was by far our favorite! The bed was amazingly comfortable, especially with the duvet. The room was modern and, had a radiator which we were happy to use. They also offered us a breakfast box for our early morning departureâ

âI usually travel 4 times a year to different countries and I have never experienced such wonderful service from a hotel in my entire life. You truly feel like you are at a family members house and not a hotel. Where do I begin to explain how amazing the staff is here.
Let me start with the chef Freddie we mentioned we were Colombian and the next day for breakfast he brought us arepas! The front staff and waiters were also truly amazing from Eric, Lolo, Dani, Marilee, and Victor.

âWe stayed here 4 nights. First 3 then we came back for one more after our trip to Machu picchu. First of all the service here has been outstanding since we first arrived. We came very early on the day of our check in, extremly tired after a long bus trip. Still, at 5 am we were welcomed perfectly and got to check in to our room directly. At that time, the only room available had to separate beds (which we accepted since we really needed to sleep) but as we came back later during the day to staff...
âExceptional service and hospitality at Inkaterra La Casona! We had the most wonderful stay and it was first class all the way from welcoming us til the moment we checked out. A must when experiencing Cusco in a time typical pre-historic building.â

âThe room was beautiful and the balcony was nice to let air in. The bathroom was very nice, I am 71 and had no issues. I am a solo traveler and appreciated they didnt bother me! They have hot water for tea, coffee and water out for you too. They store luggage there too.â

âIn general a bad experience. One would assume that a hotel in this price level should have a working wifi or at least try to fix it when it didnât work.
For this stay in particular I really needed the wifi to arrange flight tickets and tour bookings, and asked specifically for it at check in. Unfortunately it didnât work at all during my stay and was constantly informed that it will work âsoonâ. They reluctantly gave me a small discount at check out.
The rooms are ok but cold and not in pair...

"Recension Atoq San Blaz Hotel, Cusco, Peru. Mina tvĂ„ söner och jag stannade pĂ„ hotellet totalt 4 nĂ€tter i april 2025: 22/4 - 24/4 and 26/4 - 28/4 2025. Hotellet Ă€r litet och vĂ€lskött, i typ borgstil. Det ligger högt upp i Cuscos gamla stadsdel. Om man vĂ€ljer att gĂ„ frĂ„n centrala gamla Cusco upp till hotellet fĂ„r man rĂ€kna med en rĂ€tt brant stigning. Gatorna Ă€r smala och trottoarer smĂ„ eller obefintliga. Bilar kör ibland förbi i hög fart. Kullerstensgator krĂ€ver rĂ€tt skor! Man kan pausa dĂ„ och dĂ„ och njuta av alla vackra gamla byggnader att se pĂ„! Den branta stigningen och den höga höjden gör det ibland svĂ„rt gĂ„ uppför gatorna. Det gĂ„r dĂ„ att ta en taxi (Ăber finns inte i Cusco). Taxipriserna Ă€r lĂ„ga och förarna trevliga. Ett problem Ă€r dock att Ă€ven inhemska förare har svĂ„rt att hitta till hotellet och slĂ€pper av en liten varstans. Sen gĂ€ller det att sjĂ€lv hitta hotellet. Men belöningen blir stor nĂ€r man vĂ€l kommer in i hotellet. En trevligt inredd reception Ă€r det första som möter en. Personalen mycket vĂ€nlig och vĂ€lkomnande. Man talar engelska och spanska. Det Ă€r ett mycket vackert och mysigt litet stenhotell med patio och en bedĂ„rande utsikt över Cusco och omgivande landskap. Man fĂ„r nĂ€stan nypa sig i armen för att ta in den bedövande vackra utsikten. Flera trappor men hiss finns. Rummen Ă€r relativt stora och har allt man behöver. TVn fungerade dock inte.
