“Personnel affable et serviable. Extrêmement propre et super bien localisé à proximiter de tou”

“I messaged the hotel beforehand that I will check in late as I am coming from Machu Picchu. I asked them to make sure that someone is in the reception to open the door for me. And Rodrigo was there to open the door for me. He even put the bag I asked them to store for me while I was in Machu Picchu in my room.”

“We stayed in four different hotels in Cusco and this was by far our favorite! The bed was amazingly comfortable, especially with the duvet. The room was modern and, had a radiator which we were happy to use. They also offered us a breakfast box for our early morning departure”

“We stayed here 4 nights. First 3 then we came back for one more after our trip to Machu picchu. First of all the service here has been outstanding since we first arrived. We came very early on the day of our check in, extremly tired after a long bus trip. Still, at 5 am we were welcomed perfectly and got to check in to our room directly. At that time, the only room available had to separate beds (which we accepted since we really needed to sleep) but as we came back later during the day to staff...

“rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer.”

“Before coming to Cusco, I researched all the centrally located hotels and used AI to evaluate every possibility. Most of them seemed to have three common issues: too much noise, hot water problems, and poor staff attitude. I experienced none of these here. There was hot water every single day without exception. The breakfast was great, and every morning they served us coffee, tea, and juice. They cleaned our room thoroughly every day. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The...

“This hidden gem should be experienced! I recommend this hotel as one of the nicest I have visited during 15 years of business travel. Select it for the attention to detail and for the atmosphere! ”

“This is a very charming hotel. Nice view from the common area and patio. The best part is the staff though. They were very accommodating, warm, and helpful with every request I had including oxygen. They offer boxed breakfast if you need to leave early (even at 3 AM!) for excursions. They also arranged pick-up to and from the airport for me. Great location, close to main square and good restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“Mysigt och fint rum. Rent med fantastisk utsikt. Personalen var jättetrevliga. Fixade sen utcheckning och frukostpåsar om man skulle iväg tidigt. Bra läge, men det är uppförsbacka dit, annars mycket bra gångavstånd till det mesta. God och bra frukost.”

“After we checked out, they stored our bags for free for 2 days until we checked back in after our Machu Picchu trip. Excellent service overall.”

“The room was comfortable and very good breakfast”

“The personal is very friendly, the rooms were cozy. The breakfast was amazing! I recommend to take the Pisco Sour master class at the bar. ”

“Mycket trevligt och hemtrevligt hotell. Kändes som vår egen lilla lägenhet med en söt trädgård utanför med många blommor och tre papegojor.Bra service. Vi fick en mycket enkel men helt ok frukost påfylld i vårt kylskåp varje kväll och en härlig brasa i den öppna spisen. Några minuters sakta promenad till det stora torget.”
