“The property is fabulous and the deck has a wonderful view - perfect for a wine toast (we were on our honeymoon). It's close to the train station but has parking, it's very close to the water. The kitchen was fabulous and a small market is nearby. The restaurants are terrific! There was only one wine glass though (easily remedied) but the big bed mattress was terrible with big divots - so we slept in the other bedroom, which was small. Had some problems with parking but nothing we couldn't...

He goes out of the way to drive us to the grocery because it was late and we were with kids. He Brought us to a really good local restaurant as well so we’re fed well before sundown. Really quiet family owned farm type away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. ”

“Giovani was an excellent host! He was always reachable and helped us quite a bit while we were there. The area was close to excellent places to eat and an outdoor market where we scored quite a few bargains! The terrace (not mentioned in the listing) was great and we really felt like we were in Italy sitting out there to enjoy our morning espresso. The apt was in an old building but well maintained.”
