“The retreat on Rogers was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed walking to downtown Dover for coffee at Breakaway Cafe in the mornings. It's a short drive to UNH. The space was clean and well designed - a great place to stay. Collin was great to communicate with and we were able to find everything that we needed. All is well at the Retreat on Rogers.”

“We were on the fourth floor and the views of the Ocean were incredible! The property is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk as well as the major attractions. The room was clean, nicely decorated and well appointed with items needed for a multiple day stay. Parking was clearly marked and the check in and check out process were very simple. “The host is supposed to get a hold of the person vacationing two days prior to check-in with details. This host never contacted me. I contacted her the night of an hour and a half after check it only to learn that the unit was not ready and had to be put off For the first night the host offered a Venmo transaction reimbursement and that was about all. I asked for a late check out. The host asked me to leave a half an hour earlier than listed on the website if you were looking for hospitality...

“Overall our trip was wonderful and our stay at the condo was a perfect match. It is away from the crowds (but not too far if you like to walk!), has a fantastic view, and comes with a ton of mini perks like a stocked kitchenette, towels and linens, and beach chairs. The property seemed well maintained and the condo itself was tidy and clean! We are so happy to have booked this property, and Melissa is a great host with constant communication!”
