“As as often in the case, the photography made it look slightly bigger and roomier than it really was. This is a small and somewhat quirky house. The view out over the marsh was much nicer than I thought it would be. I really enjoyed watching the birds, and there were many of them. It rained during most of our trip so we didn’t get out much, but there were a couple of opportunities to go over to the ocean, which is a very short walk from the house. “Property appears to be new construction. The rooms were good sized. Beds were comfortable. All the appliances worked without issue. My only negative is that the home is located on a main thoroughfare. Traffic noise can be a bit much, but it quited down after about 9:30pm.My interactions with the owner were quick and easy. We got timely answers to the questuons we asked. If i have ti travel back into the atea, I would want yo use this property again.”

We brought along our two small dogs and the accommodations were perfect for our needs.I enjoyed running in the nearby neighborhoods; local coffee spots; and my husband and I ventured out to some fun bars along the strip. “I am very pleased with this property it was as advertised, very clean, great spot very close to beach(minor walk but still very close) and the action in Hampton Beach community.Parking worked out fine for 3 full size vehicles and it’s very close drive to MOTORSPORTS PARK at Epping NH for NHRA Nationals.
