The ad led us to believe that the amenities included were apart of our package, but when we arrived, we found out that there were extra fees for laundry, ice, firewood, etc. Myself and my husband thought these things were included due to the way the ad was worded. “Beautiful property. The animals are adorable. Owner was very kind. My only suggestion might be a set of TV trays for eating. There is a beautiful coffee bar that has 2 stools but I was traveling with my elderly Dad and he could not sit there. I brought the end table over and used it. The place really is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay. Pllll”

“Dirty, dead bugs everywhere. Place is very outdated, internet spotty, could not get cell phone reception. AC very noisy. Would not recommend to anyone. We left as early as possible.”

I had booked a king accessible and we were given a double queen non-accessible. I also did not know the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Since we were given a non-accessible room, we had to go upstairs and my husband has health issues that make stairs difficult, but we made do.”
