“House had everything we could possibly need or want to have a wonderful weekend. The screened porch was great for relaxing, kayaks were fun, nice little dock for fishing or stargazing. We even went for a swim! Perfectly clean and in good condition, and was near enough to go to Metropolis and Paducah for entertainment. There's a dollar store in Brookport for all of the items one inevitably forgets to pack. XD”

“We enjoyed our stay at Jeri's lake house! The house was clean, cozy and beautiful! We had 5 adults and 2 children and the set up worked perfect! Neighbors are close but friendly! Dock was great, just remember to bring extension cords if you need to plug up your boat! Amazing sunsets every evening.”

“The house was nice and the view was great but the house was infested with ants and mosquitoes. They were through the entire house. There was bug spray at the house and we used it, it helped some. We had to call the property manager twice in two days. Once because the toilet was broken then again to replace the furnace filter. It was incredibly dirty and we had family with asthma staying. “The layout was nice and easy flow from every room. The rooms were all nice sizes and beds were great. Having a gas grill was a big plus. Rented a golf cart from Cunninghams and loved being able to drive it around to the shops and restaurants.”

“This was a great place for my four siblings with our spouses to meet for our annual family reunion. There was plenty of space for everyone! They provide more towels, toilet paper, games and water “toys” than we’ve ever experienced since we started our reunions five years ago. We totally enjoyed ourselves!!
