“The location is excellent — perched above Paradise Beach with beautiful views, especially from the room, pool, and breakfast area. The free shuttle service was a big plus: they picked us up despite a flight delay and later drove us to the port free of charge. We appreciated the daily 1L water in the room. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. The pool was also great. However, loud music from beach clubs continues late into the night — something to consider if you’re not there to party....

“The location was perfect. Close to all the action, but not in the middle of it. Close to bus and taxi stations for daily trips and a few markets close by to buy fruits and drinks. The hot tub was a nice bonus at the end of each day. Breakfast to order was very good. Ornela, the front desk lady, was amazing, she provided excellent customer service.
