“The staff from the moment that we arrived were wonderful and welcoming. The room was great, with a beautiful view of the caldera as well as a private hot tub connected to us. The hot tub was a little on the cooler side, but it was still doable to enjoy for a little bit. Unfortunately the pool wasnt heated, as we were there in April while it was still pretty cool. Every thing was clean and seemed brand new - even the pans etc. in the kitchenette. We were in the lower ground floor so no view but it there was plenty of daylight and the room was bright and airy. “The entire staff from reception to housekeeping was warm and friendly. Artid, one of the receptionists, was very helpful with getting us in from the ferry port and back, had GREAT recommendations for the wine tour. Sani was our housekeeper and again just a wonderful person; very personable, a philosophy graduate student. And Christos, the porter, had the Herculean task of getting our luggage down the 5 flights of stone staircases to our room.”
