“We were only there 1 night so didn’t experience much. Rooms were clean and spacious with full kitchen. Breakfast is nice bonus. Perfect location for visit to University of Louisville and also super close to Churchill Downs.”

“The place has character and seems to be well taken care of. Breakfast is different and well prepared, but not that filling. Our biggest problem was not getting any hot water in the shower or the bathroom sink tap even after letting the water run for 20 minutes with the knob turned to the max on the right hand side (tried other settings too). And the bnb message about the access code did not arrive “within 48h of check-in” as given in the Expedia description, but just 5 hours before check-in,...

“Well located B&B in old Louisville. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast each morning was a culinary treat! Truly delicious food. Annette, our Innkeeper, was absolutely delightful. She was helpful and informative. The carpet in 3rd floor bedrooms are overdue for replacement. But it is a charming property. We also had James working at the inn during our stay, and he was very helpful as well. Staff that we interacted with were outstanding.”

“Full of a Me youth basketball team so the noise was warranted. We were there for my daughter’s regional gymnastics competition where she won first place all around. The stay was a success all around.”

“Did have a room with kitchen that was very nice. Very clean rooms and a good breakfast with different warm dishes every day. Very close to the Louisville convention centre that was a must during my stay. Easy to book the buss to the convention centre and pick up at airport etc.”

“First of all, Let’s get into how I did not know my room was going to be that big! I got the one King bedroom and I loved the floorspace and it had a huge tv! There a few architectural flaws like rust but that’s all nothing big. I loved the service at the front desk, the lady at breakfast was really nice helping me even though we didn’t get to make our own food and last but not least, the nightly price was amazing!!! I will definitely stay again”

“Very very basic rooms. Whole corner was missing a chair or couch, sitting table w one chair when room was for two queen beds so def for more than one person. Microwave and fridge as well as proximity to Churchill downs (were able to walk over) were positives. Staff was super friendly, but rooms need work. ”
