âThe property was well maintained. It showed a bit wear with the age but it was very clean so that wasn't a factor at all. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but was kept well stocked. Coffee was really good as was the apple juice. Rooms were very comfortable and large. â
âOwners Thomas and Viji were great people. Made stay very convenient and fun! Check in and out are super easy! Breakfast was made a lovely chef who went out the way for my dietary restriction. Loved my stay and will make this my stop in Louisville â
âThe staff all went above and beyond for us. Ricky found us a room very early, since we were dropped off the Cruise ship at 8:30 AM. Shuttle drives were friendly, seemed to 'like their job".
One problem. The SQUEEZE SOAP,ETC. They are cute,etc, but not for us elderly with weak hands. It took both of us squeezing top and bottom together to get a little bit. Maybe have some bar soap to offer if the guest looks like they may be interested.

âAustin and the red hair gal (sorry, forgot name) were fantastic and went above and beyond. Our military son who just finished advanced camp was exhausted and had to repack to fly out early the next morning. They let us check in early and accommodated us on everything whether it was needing scissors, info on anything from laundry to dining and more. I highly recommend this hotel and tbeir staff. And, they had waffles...made my day!â
âThis is one of the cleanest, well-maintained hotels that I've ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The in-room fridge kept our drinks very cold, which was great considering how hot the weather was while we were there. It's located right across the street from the Kentucky Expo Center, which housed the venue we were attending.â
âThis property was amazingly priced for as nice as it was. Clean rooms, spacious rooms, amazing views watching the planes land and take off. Nice lamps over bed for reading and amazing huge mirrors. â
âDid have a room with kitchen that was very nice. Very clean rooms and a good breakfast with different warm dishes every day. Very close to the Louisville convention centre that was a must during my stay. Easy to book the buss to the convention centre and pick up at airport etc.â
âQuick and friendly checkin; helpful restaurant recommendation list; and clean and spacious room.
The only negative is that the pillows on the bed were not great and could use an upgrade - a combo of soft, medium and firm as at other hotels would be a nice feature.â

âI was very impressed with this hotel, especially considering it was the least expensive that came up on my search. My only complaint would be that my key card needed to be reprogrammed several times during my stay. I will most likely stay here again if Iâm in the area. â
âBeautiful, very elegantly appointed hotel built in 1923, with very attentive, helpful staff. I enjoyed a comfortable room, a tasty cocktail in their pleasant lobby with live piano music adding to the ambiance, and delicious breakfasts (including a petite Hot Brown, a local specialty) in their lovely restaurant.
One great perk during our stay was the use of the hotel shuttle van. Not only did they pick us up from the airport, but they also provided rides to and from nearby restaurants and...
