“We stayed here during a family vacation and were blown away by this beautiful property that’s located in Bajos del Toro, a truly spectacular location in central Costa Rica. William, the owner happened to be there during our visit and both he and Viktor, his business partner, were welcoming and helpful - truly lovely people. The beds were comfortable, the property was clean and well-equipped, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed drinking our coffee on the back porch overlooking the waterfall....

“The location & property are beautiful & everything was as described. The hosts were wonderful & we would definitely stay here again! ”

“This is by far the best place we stayed. I can say the host from the first contact to the end gave us excellent service. She is very helpful and detailed about everything. She goes out of her way to help. The cleaning stuff, maintenance person were excellent. I recommend the vella highly. I thank you very kindly.”

“The house was spacious and clean, the kitchen was large and fully equipped. The kingsized bed in the master bedroom was large and comfortable with a great morning and night view. The pool was as advertised: very nice temperature and large enough for a family. The TV worked well with many channels but we did not use it.Eunice, the local property manager, was quickly responsive to text and phone communications. We enjoyed our time at Villa Serenidad immensely.”

“Great view and beautiful property, including outdoor dining area with heaters. The jacuzzi took a long time to heat up, so we couldn't use it until the second day we were there. ”
