The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in. “Great neighborhood. Super clean & trendy apartment. Easy to access and very close drive to main attractions of the city. Back stairs of the apartment to the car parking don’t feel super safe or up to code so better to use front entrance when possible, especially when bringing in any luggage or carrying heavy things. Great coffee across the street at the corner cafe!”

“Excellent communication from the host, easy to find, easy and safe to park, bus stops for the city are close by and plenty of cafes/bars within walking distance. Perfect for what we needed!”

“This apartment is beautiful, very clean and full of amenities. The owner was very thoughtful furnishing with everything that you might need away from home. I was very pleased to find a few coffee pods available after my 6 hours driving. Besides the detailed instructions still confusing for first time travelers to Quebec City finding the parking, however was very satisfied to have it included. Overall a very good place to stay. ”

“We called The Royal Dalhousie our home for the past 6 days. It was the perfect apartment for our family of 5. We stayed in the Frontenac on the 3rd floor. The view is breathtaking. The entire apartment is surrounded in floor to ceiling windows. Our gracious hosts were always available if we needed them. The provided everything we could possibly need while being away. Even detergent in our adorable laundry room. I would definitely recommend the Royal Dalhousie to anyone looking to stay close to...

“the place was complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washer, dryer, laundry soap and some spices, coffee etc. This was not on the listing. The beds were super comfortable, the place was very clean and the location is excellent. Lots of corner shops, 2 streets up is full of shops, bakery, chocolate store, second hand clothing, restaurants etc. Old Quebec is a short 10 minute walk. The streets are very narrow, reminiscent of Europe. Loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.”

“The property was immaculate, well supplied, and decorated beautifully. The location was fantastic. An easy walk to lower Quebec City, lots of shopping and restaurants steps from the loft. The Host was easily accessible and responsive to my questions. Her recommendations for food, activities and services was spot on. We took a private walking tour , morning at the Nordic Spa, and dinner out. Would come back in a heart beat. Highly recommend these accommodations. Barbara and friends”

“Truly wonderful stay in Quebec City - the home is beautiful, comfortable, and cozy, and had everything we needed for our family of 6. We cooked in one night and the kitchen had everything we needed for a delicious meal. The location is ideal, and we found ourselves walking everywhere to enjoy the area. “Great spot, easy walking distance to everything in Old Quebec. Very special to be right next to one of the gates. Because you are in the middle of everything you do hear street noise. The street is closed to traffic during most of the day and there are lots of restaurants with outdoor seating. The condo is awesome and has everything you need.”

“This place is located where you can walk almost anywhere, we made it in to Quebec City 15 - 20 minutes max. The area is up and coming. There is a great place to eat if you step out of the place and turn right it is just up the street called HONO, delicious!! Jean-Charles reached out and was very reachable if we had any questions. “I was late to my hotel due to car trouble and desperately needed a nap and they still let me check in at 8:30 Am and offered me to be able to stay later due to my situation this hotel was safe clean and amazing customer service can’t say anything less than amazing!!!”
