“So. Where to begin. The AC that should warm up the room, sounds like to much. It was scarry middle of the night when I (finally was asleep) and it starded and woke me up. The bathtub - filthy The water was not going through the drain, and it was because a big big hairclog. Never ever in that place again. I travel to 1-2 hotels/week and started over a year ago. This is the first time i wrote such an unpleasant review.”

“It‘s a great experience. However it did take us to run back and forth many times to inquire questions or services from the reception desk. The phone in the room never worked. Other than that it was an amazing place to get relaxed for families.”

“Les Lofts Notre Dame was a great place to stay in Old Quebec. The loft was clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location was in the center of everything. I wish we had gotten more details ahead of time on a timeline of when we would get check in details and how we had to prepare for checking out. Otherwise…perfect!”
