“Beautiful and clean modern condo near everything (beach, restaurants, etc). Luis and Mattias at the front desk were super helpful. The rooftop pool was heated (yay!) and easy to catch Uber. I loved eating local (taco stands, bakery, churro guy, popsicle place). My favorite experience is walking a bit away from the action up the cobblestone streets and seeing how the locals live and eat; everyone is extremely friendly. Highly recommend this condo and will be back! ”

“The place is spotless and more than we expected in terms of amenities! The couple issues we had (a/c dripping, and a hot water isssue) was tended to within hours and solved. The only reason I took off a star on location and neighborhood is that a handful of nights the music started thumping at some of the local places, beginning after 10pm and went sometimes til dawn... other times it was nothing. The road noise was nonexistent with the doors closed. Looks and rooftop areas, just so nice!!”

“Excellent property that easily accommodated our party of 5 needs. Well equipped kitchen made preparing and serving meals quick & easy, plenty of room for privacy or hanging out with others. Uber friendly, taxis out front gate, steps to public transportation. Great views of the city, beaches, and pool. Hector was able to meet special requests for both checkin & checkout. Highly recommend.”

“Something to consider: - put combo lock like your neighbor has. I use similar for my rentals - MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SOFA. I understand cheap but TERIBLE. - we usually provide adequate soap and shampoo for short stays we do checkin.so .. - shower door bottom missing strip so water goes all on floor -sink faucet loose need to tighten from below.”

“My husband and I wanted to take our children ages 18 to 22 on a trip…. This was the perfect location. Great restaurants all within walking distance. The girls could walk to the mall. A $6 Uber ride to Walmart for everything we needed. Beautiful beach and the most unbelievable pools. The club right next door was a bast with great music!! Only three days a week and only till 9 pm. If you don’t like the music at the pool move to the other end! The pool is huge!!!! You can’t hear it from the other...

“The Condo is great. Looked exactly like the pictures. We had a few small maintenance issues but they were immediately addressed by the property. Noise was an issue on 2 nights, not the fault of the property but still made sleeping difficult. The things we loved is it had all the comforts of home and two bathrooms! The roof top pool was a beautiful space and always loungers available. The beach is literally 5 min walk and many restaurants, grocery stores and malls are within walking distance...

“We love staying at HDM. The included breakfasts are amazing. The access to town and the beach clubs is a must! The only minor complaint is that the concierge service was difficult to communicate with via their website chat. The owners of the property could invest in new towels and perhaps robes for the guests. You could tell this property is just a rental.”

“This was the cutest little condo, right in town. The plus sides were the kitchenette, two beds, two baths, balcony, convenient location to the beach, the town square and so many restaurants, cafes and shops. Unfortunately, the location also meant that it was ridiculously loud until about 1-2am every night. Even closing all windows and using ear plugs couldn’t drown out the noise. So, unless you enjoy trying to sleep in the middle of a really loud party, I’d suggest finding a location further...

“Condo is even prettier in person! Great location for beach views, beach access and easy to get into town for dinner. Mina’s meals were amazing (best fish tacos ever)! It was wonderful having access to all the beach clubs and use of the golf cart. Will be back for sure!”

“Very nice condo. The pool was the star of the show. There’s no place to put your luggage, there’s one closet in the bathroom no drawers in the bathroom. The other bathroom only has a hook. A man must’ve designed this condo.”

“Very convenient, 10 min walking distance to downtown, lots of fun and restaurants around, easy to catch a bus or a taxi to go everywhere, my room had a wonderful view, steps from the sand and ocean, I’ll come back soon ”

“I would have liked to have seen some kind of map of the property and information explaining what was available. The property is not huge but neither is it a boutique hotel so I got lost a few times. I also booked a suite and would have liked to have had dish soap, dish towels and cloths and coffee in the room. It's hard to swim in the ocean but that's to be expected along this stretch of the beach. The food was pretty good. Location is good. An older hotel but I would stay here again.”
