The Space:

This expansive property features a main house and a private poolside studio, offering a versatile layout perfect for families and groups. The interior includes four comfortable bedrooms equipped with a mix of king, queen, and bunk beds to accommodate various sleeping arrangements. Guests have access to 3 full bathrooms plus 2 half baths, ensuring privacy and convenience for all. The home boasts two fully equipped granite kitchens (one in casita near pool and the other on the top floor below the rooftop patio), ideal for preparing meals, and a spacious living area designed for relaxation. Outside, the property shines with a private swimming pool, a rooftop dining area, and multiple outdoor seating spaces and balconies perfect for enjoying ocean views. A secure garage with parking and free laundry add to the functionality of the home. The exterior grounds are beautifully maintained, creating a serene environment just one block from the beach.



Guest Access:

Access is seamless and secure thanks to our smart lock system on all entry doors; you will be provided with a unique code, eliminating the need for keys during your stay. This makes trips to the beach, located just one block away, incredibly easy. This booking is for the house and studio combined which means the entire walled property is yours to enjoy without any other guests including the pool and rooftop patio with incredible ocean views.



The Neighborhood:

The town is very safe and walkable. It is a mainly residential neighborhood. The marina/fish market area is one block away and the town center/square is less than 5 minutes walk. You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, and markets. There are often events happening around town including live music at local bars, movie night at the marina, and food events in the town square.



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze from our location. We are within walking distance of the beach, the local marina, the fish market and the town center, making it easy to explore on foot. However, roads and sidewalks are quite uneven, so if you have stroller-age kids and/or walking is a challenge personally, golf carts are suggested and available for rent in town. Uber and local taxis are affordable and reliable options for airport transfers or trips to neighboring towns. If you plan to explore the wider Banderas Bay area, the bus is within a 5 minute walk, but renting a car is also great choice, and you will have private access to our secure garage parking throughout your stay.



Other Things to Note:

The outdoor amenities (pool and rooftop), garage and laundry are shared with the attached studio/casita (but the casita has a private entrance). Inquire about renting both the house and the casita for a truly private beach vacation experience.



Check-in time is 3pm (15:00) and check-out is 11:00am (but it's possible these can be flexible if needed). We welcome families with children or infants. Pets are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the property and events are not allowed. We ask that you respect our general quiet hours, from 10pm-8am. Free garage and street parking is available for your convenience. The house is located 1 block from a quiet beach and the marina. It's a 4-minute walk into the center of town. It's in a very safe residential neighborhood, but we do have to mention that streets are mostly cobblestone and have been challenging for those with strollers/wagons for very young children. A golf cart rental may be suggested if you have mobility issues or tiny children to cart with you.
