Great location and property. Only concern is the engineered tile is extremely slippery. Rest of stay, listing and communications with team was great.

My family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) spent 5 amazing days in the villa. We were happy with the location, cleanliness, and most of all, the concierge service which assisted in booking several tours during our stay. It also felt incredibly safe and was overall great for our first visit to Costa Rica.

Amazing stay! Andrea and team made sure we had everything needed from plans, to cleaning service even during our stay! Their concierge service set us up for a massage in the villa and they arrived early and provided spectacular massages! I’d book this accommodation 100 times over! Thank you so much!

Stunning Villa

The villa is stunning, just as pictured with the most amazing views of the volcano. Close to many attractions and within walking distance of a coffee/ice cream shop and a couple of restaurants. Andrea was a great host, very responsive and handled all of our needs.

Amazing experience booking with Arenal Heights Villas. The included concierge service was phenomenal and helped us plan an unforgettable stay. The vendors they work with were all top notch. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations as well. The villa was exactly as portrayed and the layout worked perfectly for my family of 5. The kids enjoyed the pool. We had a gorgeous view of the Arenal volcano. With the way the villas are set up, it felt very private and we barely noticed we had neighbors. Super simple check in and check out. The fruit bowl welcoming us upon our arrival after a long travel day was a great touch. Highly recommend!

Location is great. Not right in the hustle and bustle of town but a quick drive away. House was clean and had plenty of room. Pool was great, a little cold for my taste, but the weather had been cold and rainy prior to our arrival. The hotub on the balcony was perfect. We had a great weather day and the view of the volcano was awesome. I’m still in awe. Some constructive feed back would be that the sheets are noisy and could be more comfortable but it didnt take away from the experience and I still give it 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again.

Super verblijf

Heel fijn huis. Als ik een klein puntje van kritiek mag geven dan is het dat er geen vaatwasser aanwezig is en de druk in de douche niet optimaal is. Zeker niet als beide douche worden gebruikt.

Great location!

We recently stayed at this villa in June and it was a great experience! The concierge staff is so professional and very prompt in their responses! They were very helpful in helping book our local activities and tours! The house itself is in a great location, though a little further from the city center (which we were ok with!). It is well-stocked and had plenty of space for our family of 6 to be comfortable and spread out! Although it rained most of the time, when it was clear the volcano views were amazing! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place. The property was 100% clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.My kids loved the pool and hot tub, and the rooms were comfortable with clean bathrooms and cozy beds. The location was excellent, very close to coffee shops, restaurants, and local attractions.Although we couldn’t see the volcano because of the cloudy weather, the surrounding nature was beautiful. One of the highlights of our trip was spotting a sloth within walking distance of the property, so we didn’t even need to book a sloth tour! There is also a great trail right in front of the house. About half a mile down, you’ll find a small river where we spent time soaking and enjoying nature. It was absolutely worth it.The only reason I’m giving it a 9/10 instead of a perfect score is that there was a noticeable odor inside the house at times. Opening the windows helped, although a few flies came in. Some additional ventilation might improve the experience.Overall, an amazing stay, and we would happily return. Thank you for a great experience!

Perfect spot between the adventures

A clean and modern building located right between La Fortuna town and all the national park sites so you never seem far from anything. This slept our family of 5 perfectly. The owner and concierge are always a quick text away for any questions or issues. There are QR codes around the house that link to video descriptions for how to work different items like the jacuzzi. There is a bit of new construction going up around the condo, so there is a bit of construction worker foot traffic at the time of our stay. The view from the condo was a stunning reminder of where we were every morning. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
