“The property was beautiful! The host was very accommodating! I had to check out a day early and she was agreeable and reimbursed me for the night. They also decorated for our anniversary which was so sweet! The area was very secluded and definitely relaxing! The drive there is a bit taxing and I would definitely recommend renting an AWD or FWD most of the road is not paved. The drive is about 30-40 mins out from food or stores. So stock up beforehand. “Dahana es una host genial! Muy amable, atenta, y rápida en responder. El lugar es una maravilla, cuando hay buen tiempo la vista al volcán y el lago Arenal es espectacular. Muy limpio y acogedor con todo lo necesario. La ubicación está entre los cerros, y de repente hay tramos de camino campestre, pero también hay buen tramo de camino pavimentado, por lo cual nosotros bajamos y subimos sin 4X4, pero cabe notar que nosotros fuimos en diciembre/enero, temporada de menos lluvia. “The view was unbelievable. The trip to the property was treacherous. From LaFortuna it may only be 10 miles, but it will take you at least 40 minutes and that is during the day with ideal weather. Do not attempt to drive this after dark. Because of this, we made sure to be back at the property by dark, after arriving there, only once, during the dark. They do serve breakfast a dinner and it is good. If you are going for a romantic get away, this is ideal!”

“The stay was great if your looking for short term and privacy away from tourism. Getting there you will need a 4WD or all terrain vehicle. The roads are rocky and bumpy. This is definitely a place for a great view of the volcano. The suite was cute and intimate. Worth the price for a night or two away from the busier areas.”

“Such a beautiful, clean and comfortable stay. The view was unbelievable. We were lucky enough to see the top of Arenal Volcano for 3 days straight which we heard is incredibly rare! Perfect location, everything was near, including La Fortuna restaurants, Hot Springs, La Fortuna waterfall, night walk tour. my kids were comfortable in their own room and enjoyed access to Netflix on the TV's to unwind after a long day. “Great Villa. Brand new. The pool is shared with two other villas but well equipped. Kitchen is small but functional, all worked well. Great to have a proper dryer.Views are amazing!”
