“Such a beautiful, clean and comfortable stay. The view was unbelievable. We were lucky enough to see the top of Arenal Volcano for 3 days straight which we heard is incredibly rare! Perfect location, everything was near, including La Fortuna restaurants, Hot Springs, La Fortuna waterfall, night walk tour. my kids were comfortable in their own room and enjoyed access to Netflix on the TV's to unwind after a long day. “We arrived and checked in and were told 1. Washing machine out of service, 2. Cabina bathroom was tricky but worked. Once we inspected the home, we discovered that the cabana bathroom in fact did not work during our stay.Additionally, there were plumbing issues, which the owner did their best to fix, but were not resolved. “We loved our stay here. You can’t ever get over the view of the volcano. Perfect distance from activities and the town. Diego was always so responsive to my questions. Cleaning crew came daily to straighten up and take out the trash. The villa was well appointed and spacious. Pool is plenty big to cool off after a long day and we enjoyed our hot tub! ”
