“I love the brand new building and all the hanging plants around the balcony was pretty. The kitchen had all ample utensils for cooking. The bathroom was beautifully put together. Not 1 bug got in the whole week I was there which for me made for a good nights sleep. There are 2 dogs next door that bark but its not too bad. “This is a great apartment just a few short blocks from town. Our hosts arranged for taxi service to La Fortuna Waterfalls and EcoThermales spa. The apartment has lots of space and everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. We walked to a nice local supermarket and bought and prepared all of our meals at the apartment. However, there are many good restaurants within walking distance. We will stay there again. We highly recommend.”

“Spacious accommodations and friendly host. Host was responsive and very helpful. Beautiful views but in the Lake Arenal area, which is quite secluded. There is one small, delicious restaurant 400 meters away, but not walkable. LaFortuna is approximately an hour drive, must have a car if staying here. It was a very pleasant stay, but not in the location listed.”

“This is such a hidden gem! It was a bit trickier to find with my shuttle bus but Gabriela was outstanding communicating to provide me with directions and reference points ahead. When I walked in, I was in awe. It was the perfect tiny home with luxury of daily necessities. Everything was immaculately clean, with many thoughtful touches to make it as comfortable as possible with strong wifi, tv, air conditioning, kitchen, crockpot, kettle, electric grill, microwave, fridge, laundry line, etc....

“The views were spectacular. La Ventanita restaurant next door was tasty for lunch & dinner and super convenient - same owners as Studio WOW. This made it easy to pick up keys when we arrived. Fresh fruit, eggs, and bread were available for us to make our own breakfast, though the kitchen is tiny. This location is very near the Butterfly Conservatory, and not far from Arenal Observatory, Arenal Natonial Park, and Hanging Bridges. “We had a great stay at los Arcos in downtown La Fortuna. The location was perfect for getting around on foot for meals and shopping as well as the main park/square. We rented scooters for further out adventures (La Fortuna Scooters- Valentina is amazing!!) which were easy to park at the apartment. Communication with host was fast and easy.
