“Although man on reception couldn’t speak English he got a translator on the phone immediately and took us to our room which was spotless. We had two rooms here for one night to catch up with family living in Vietnam and we had plenty of local places to choose from for meals. Just remember it is NOT Europe so don’t expect such and this area is a bit remote but we had scooters to drive to the small tidy beach there and, all in all, had a lovely stay. Thankyou”

“Overal the stay was nice and relaxing. If you want to eat outside of the resort you will have to travel into Lagi center The breafast was pretty good. A good variety of food.”

“The stay at Dat Lanh Resort was unforgettable. Unfortunately in a bad way. The resort is actually nice and the staff smiles nicely but they won't help you with anything and try to charge you with made up expenses at check out. In our case they claimed there was a spoon missing and that one towel was too dirty (340K dong). Totally nonsense. A valuable tip when you anyway end up here: at checkout grab your passports as soon as you are able to and then just remove the nonsrnse items from your...

“We had a wonderful, restful time. The staff was excellent and every time we had a request they were happy to help us. The pool was nice and the landscaping was beautiful. The beach was very nice with many tidal pools when the tide went out.”

“The hotel was easy to find and is within walking distance to the beach and the small boardwalk. Food around the area is not so great (no fault of the hotel). The staff is very nice and helpful. Not sure if they speak English though because I spoke to them in Vietnamese. There's also a lot of karaoke that goes on in the neighborhood but we couldn't hear it from our room. ”
