“Although man on reception couldn’t speak English he got a translator on the phone immediately and took us to our room which was spotless. We had two rooms here for one night to catch up with family living in Vietnam and we had plenty of local places to choose from for meals. Just remember it is NOT Europe so don’t expect such and this area is a bit remote but we had scooters to drive to the small tidy beach there and, all in all, had a lovely stay. Thankyou”

“The stay at Dat Lanh Resort was unforgettable. Unfortunately in a bad way. The resort is actually nice and the staff smiles nicely but they won't help you with anything and try to charge you with made up expenses at check out. In our case they claimed there was a spoon missing and that one towel was too dirty (340K dong). Totally nonsense. A valuable tip when you anyway end up here: at checkout grab your passports as soon as you are able to and then just remove the nonsrnse items from your...
