While the listing states it can sleep up to 25, it’s hard to imagine that being comfortable without crowding the bedrooms and common areas. Be aware there is an additional guest fee for groups over eight.The home is listed as “brand new,” a remodel took place in 2024. “Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! The entire home is well stocked, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. We loved the pool and jacuzzi with ocean views and the neighborhood was very peaceful. ”

“The condo was well appointed with great amenities- we really appreciated the extra fans in each room, having an ice maker in the fridge, and the beach cart & umbrella! The only items that needed attention/maintenance were the 2 beach chairs and the 2 bicycles- other than that everything was perfect!”
