She gave us some tips to eat and made the reservations to the restaurants because I don't speak much italian. The house was very wel equiped and very spacious. Sehr zuvorkommender und herzlicher Gastgeber mit kleinem Überraschungsgeschenk aus der Region ;) Allerdings am besten mit Auto erreichbar, wir hatten keins und dann geht man vom Bahnhof 20 min und zum Einkaufen auch, ist machbar aber etwas umständlich. Von der Station Lama di Reno ist man in 30 min mit dem Zug in Bologna....

“Great communication by owner up until arrival. Once issues were idetfied and arose it became sporradic and no one showed up to take care of the issues. Apartment was not cleaned for what seems like weeks prior our arrival. Really filthy. Once escalated we had to stay behind and deal with cleaning staff ourselves rather than owner. Couch/bed was broken upon arrival and never fixed. So listed three beds were never actually available.”
