“Although I have given this a high star rating because it was indeed a beautiful place to stay in a good location once we had left and on our way home we were accused of causing damage to the property, of pulling a huge door handle off the sliding bathroom door. There was no handle on the door when we arrived there and certainly no handle to be seen anywhere and yet by some miracle they managed to produce said handle and photograph it to send to me as evidence. They sent this to me 7 hours after...

“My vacation was very relaxing; I have nothing to complain about the property, except for a few comments:1) The bottom pole of the parasol was missing, making it unusable.2) You should check that all remote controls are working before renting, as some of the batteries were dead; you shouldn't leave these costs to the renter.Otherwise, everything was fine; I would rent it again.”

“The villa was in a good location ,it had excellent facilities including a lovely pool,air con and wifi.It was clean and tidy with ample space inside and out.We found it difficult to contact the host to make arrangements,he did not meet us on arrival ,the pool man let us in.Therefore we could not hand in our deposit or rent beach towels and there were no instructions on things like wifi.The same checking out,no one ther and no instructions so left keys in plant pot where we found them!!!”

“The house is beautiful, with all comforts. Joana received us with kindness and diligence about all our needs. Koen also took care of everything exceptionally well. Definitely worth spending some time in this place.”

“Overall the holiday was great and we all had a great time. However there are some issues that really need addressing. The cleanliness of the pool is a massive issue. Many of the chairs in the property were broken. The door keys to the property were not satisfactory either.”
