Hay mucho ruido en la calle, gente cantando con altavoces hasta media noche, pasan muchos autos con la música a todo volumen, abajo hay u restaurante que empieza a montar mesas muy temprano y hacen ruido arrastrando muebles, no se puede descansar que es el objetivo de un hotel y por ese costo uno les aria que es una buena opción pero no lo es!

Some dissatisfaction
Had to ask for cleaning, towels, maid service. One day beds were left completely unmade. Parking is terrible, a block away with $50 additional cost for four nights. Hotel located in the perfect spot for time on the malecón, I would recommend ocean view though. The stay was nice, but I doubt with so many other places with similar accommodations we will stay again

Very pleasant stay in a great location. The staff were excellent. They were especially generous in helping us sort a problem with our rental car.

Pequeño hotel súper lindo,tiene una vista increíble al malecón; el personal es muy amable y servicial , la comida deliciosa . Todo estuvo increíble 😊 Solo no cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero es sencillo encontrar lugar en las calles cercanas

I was disappointed to be honest. I wasn’t expecting a 4 or 5 star experience but the fact there was no coffee maker, cable TV or a secured safe was disappointing to say the least based on the price point compared to other hotels in OaPaz. Moreover, there was no patio even though they claimed to have one

La limpieza bien, es un lugar que está perfectamente ubicado, por lo que su ubicación lo hace una buena opción. El detalle que hizo que mi estancia no fuera top, es el trato del personal, estoy acostumbra a que cuando llegas te saludan, te orientan etc ., y me paso que las personas en recepción para nada personas agradables, esto si es algo a mejorar y que para mi próxima visita si evaluaría buscar otra opción

Good option in front of the Malecon, no pool is really a great place to be out the whole day and use it only for sleep. A little bit overpriced. Parking is not included.

Sin duda regreso a Casa al Mar
El hotel está enfrente del malecón y es moderno, muy bien cuidado y limpio y los empleados magníficos anfitriones.

Well, the staff were lovely. The furnishings were lovely. Our biggest problem was we thought we’d have a single story suite overlooking the sea. Instead we had 3 flights of steps inside the unit and no view. After steps to get to the room as well, There were no railings by the stairs either inside our outside. As older people with some disabilities, it was extremely difficult and dangerous to navigate. I think people should be warned about such unexpected challenges.

Loud - don't stay here
One of the worst nights of sleep of my life, my first night at the hotel. I am shocked by the prior excellent ratings of this hotel on hotels.com, because it is not a great place to stay, at all. It is right on the waterfront - which one might think would make it nice - except that the noise is so bad, especially in the most expensive, water view rooms. The cleanliness is not great, the parking is off-site, expensive and inconvenient, and the hotel doesn't help you unload at all and really has no viable place to do so without blocking traffic. The employees are mostly oblivious, not especially helpful. I do not recommend this hotel, at all.

Great base for a few days in La Paz
Lovely hotel at the sea front in La Paz. The staff offered great advice and helped plan a few items during our trip. The hotel is simple in concept (no parking, gym, swimming pool) but is a perfect town hotel with interesting room layouts and finished to a high standard. We would recommended having a drink and watching the sunset from the rooftop of the hotel down the road “club Baja”

I did not receive the heads up about the parking lot being a block away. The shower was clogged so we were unable to use it. Also there were only two towels in the room. No hand towels. The towels were also very thin

Great short stay in La Paz
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Clean accommodations with a couple nice restaurants. The breakfast that was complimentary as a Silver member was really great. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting La Paz!

Location is great! Close to shops, restaurants, bars and boardwalk along beach. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Front desk manager is the best I have ever seen in my many years of travel. He is very friendly and helpful!

Had a lovely stay at Casa al Mar. Mateo was so kind and helpful, as were the rest of the staff. Our room was beautiful, in a fabulous location, and we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel en excelente ubicación, con los mejores restaurantes de La Paz y a pasos del malecón para tomar excursiones a otras islas. Personal altamente amable y atento, habitación espaciosa y limpia. ///// Perfect location, close to the best restaurants in La Paz and walking distance to the pier, from where tours to other islands begin. Staff is highly professional and friendly, our room was spacious and clean.
