The place comprises spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a rooftop with palapa, outdoor kitchen, and a bar for soaking up the sunsets.

The property’s two floors are crowned by a charming rooftop hideaway. From the serene comfort of the master bedroom to the laid-back vibe of the studio, each corner of this delightful retreat invites to relaxation and enjoyment.



For your comfort, Casa Palmares has 3 full and 3 half bathrooms, as well as air conditioning across all rooms.



Our Jacuzzi is currently out of service.



+ Master bedroom (first floor): relax and recharge in the comfort of a king-size bed the room is equipped with smart TV and a private balcony to enjoy a morning coffee offering a glimpse of the Malecon's (4 mile oceanside boardwalk) beauty. Unwind in the spacious full bathroom and dressing room, your own private oasis. This bedroom has an integrated den that can sleep two more guests (converts to two twins or one king bed). This space is ideal for your kids and teens because it shares the entrance and bathroom with the master bedroom.



+ Second bedroom (first floor): enjoy peaceful nights in a cozy queen bed, with ample storage and workspace available for your home office needs. The adjacent full bathroom ensures convenience and comfort.



+ Third bedroom (first floor): rest easy in another queen bed, with its own wardrobe and an adjacent full bathroom (shared with the TV room/bedroom).



+ TV room/bedroom (first floor): curl up with a good book or enjoy movie nights in the TV room that upon request before your arrival, converts into a two twin bedroom. The smart TV provides entertainment, while the nearby bathroom offers convenience. For your comfort, the house has a second TV room/studio in the ground floor.



+ Studio (ground floor): find tranquility in this versatile space, featuring a two twin pull out sofa bed, a smart TV and a desk where you can take care of your working needs. There is a half bathroom shared with the lower level social areas which adds to the convenience of this cozy retreat.



+ Living room and dining area (lower level): gather with loved ones in the spacious living and dining areas, where laughter and conversation flow freely. A convenient bar adds a touch of fun to your evenings.



+ Kitchen (lower level): whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, where culinary adventures await. An adjacent breakfast room provides seating for casual eating or lively gatherings.



+ Rooftop (second floor): Take in stunning views and soak up the sunshine on the rooftop terrace, where a dining table under the palapa, fully equipped open kitchen with Viking BBQ and burners and cozy seating invite relaxation and enjoyment for alfresco dining. There is also an enclosed, air conditioned full bar with refrigerator, 70 inches smart tv with home teather that integrates to the open space where you can fully enjoy music and sports. There are two half bathrooms on the rooftop for men and women.



For your convenience, there is an automated one car parking garage inside the house and plenty of free street parking outside.

-La Paz area

La Paz, capital of Baja California Sur, is the best place to visit. Amazing food, wonderful atmosphere, desert, mountains and beautiful beaches await you. It has all the right ingredients for a great holiday destination. Spending time here offers a friendly, local feel and a unique seaside flavour of the city thanks to the Malecon that has a 6+ miles bikeway along the shore waiting for you to enjoy.

Hike to incredible places, or just walk in the Malecon and the downtown historic area to see the cathedral, main square, art museum and old houses, among other interesting buildings.  -Getting around

La Paz is a two hour drive north of popular Cabo San Lucas but with its laid-back vibe, it might as well be a world away. You can fly to La Paz via Los Cabos´ airport extensive destinations in Mexico, the US and Canada or fly direct to La Paz from southern California using the Cross-Border Express terminal in the binational airport of Tijuana´s that serves the southern California (San Diego) area. La Paz is also connected via non-stop flights to the main cities in Mexico like Guadalajara and México City as well as the largest urban areas in the northwest region of the country.

Since Casa Palmares is centrally located and right on the ocean, you can easily find public transportation, ubers and taxis (right on the corner). However, we highly recommend renting a car at the airport (book in advance) to enjoy everything La Paz has to offer, including nearby beaches like Balandra (the most beautiful in Mexico and one of the most idyllic in the world according to several renowned international publications) and the beautiful towns of Todos Santos, Pescadero, El Triunfo and La Ventana.
