Lamento no haber podido superar sus expectativas durante su reciente visita.Me gustaría compartir que somos un hotel con acceso a la playa, no hay ningún cobro por el acceso a la misma. De igual manera, me gustaría recalcar que nuestro check in es a partir de las 3 pm, y cualquier solicitud de early check in o late check out quedará sujeta a la disponibilidad del hotel. Nos comprometemos a respetar nuestras políticas para garantizar un excelente recibimiento a cada uno de nuestros huéspedes. No hay nada más importante para nosotros que su completa satisfacción y estaremos trabajando arduamente para lograrlo.De considerarnos en un futuro para sus vacaciones, no dude en contactarnos para poder asistirle con cualquier información adicional. o asistencia en cuanto al tipo de habitación que desea rentar, antes de su llegada.
