Luxury Private 5-bedroom Villa in Casa de Campo, Fully Staffed, Two Golf Carts

Welcome to Anaima Private Villa, your private paradise in La Romana, Dominican Republic. Located within Casa de Campo, the Caribbean’s most exclusive resort, Anaima Private Villa is an oasis in which to relax and enjoy the warm Caribbean weather, and everything the resort has to offer.
The villa, designed by Venezuelan architect Francisco Feaugas, and lovingly decorated by renowned Dominican interior designer Patricia Reid Baquero, is equipped with everything you will need for your perfect holiday. Up to 12 guests may sleep in the villa.
The villa features five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a generous sized bathroom with double sinks, toilet, rain shower, and ample storage space. Both the master bedroom and master bathroom open to a private terrace with a hot-tub and outdoor shower.
Three secondary bedrooms are equipped each with two queen-sized beds, a closet, as well as a bathroom with one sink, toilet, and shower.
The fifth bedroom has two full/twin bunk beds, a sitting area, and a large bathroom with toilet, double sinks and rain shower.
All bedrooms have premium mattresses and bedding, and are equipped with flat TVs with cable TV programming. Bedding and towels are provided.
A large common space includes a dining table that fits 12, a living/sitting area with large sofas and comfortable indonesian armchairs, a round table that sits 4, and two armchairs with ottomans to relax and look out to the pool and garden.
The studio is connected to the master bedroom and the common space. It is equipped with a flat screen TV with streaming equipment included, desk and a sitting area that comfortably seats 6-8 people.
The terrace that connects the common space with the pool deck is furnished with two spacious and comfortable sitting areas that surround a dining table for 6. To complete the space there is a bar area with bar and tall tables that seat 10. Adjacent to the terrace is the pool bathroom, with shower, toilet, sink and storage space for bathroom and pool towels.
The pool at Anaima Private Villa connects to the heated Jacuzzi. Both are located in the pool deck, which features 4 outdoor chaise lounges for sun bathing. The pool is not equipped with a protection fence, so it is important to keep children supervised at all times.
Between the pool and the garden is the gazebo, furnished with sofas, armchairs, rocking chairs, and a bar cart.
The common space and terrace are equipped with speakers that may be managed from the studio, so you can enjoy music throughout the living spaces.
Surrounding the pool and gazebo there is a large tropical garden. Royal palm trees rise against the backdrop of the golf course. In the evenings, the garden is lighted for your enjoyment.
The kitchen at Anaima Private Villa is equipped with range, grill, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, wine fridge, toaster, blender, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils. An outdoor gas grill is also available for guests' use.
The villa has a roofed carport that holds 2 vehicles.
