“Appartement très bien situé et rénové avec goût.
Toutes les prestations importantes y compris une climatisation « mobile ».
Seul écart, nous avions compris que la prestation incluait un emplacement de parking. Ce n’était pas le cas mais la responsabilité revient surtout à la construction du site expédia. Le sujet a été vu sur place et nous nous sommes garés en ville. Le coût s’est ainsi rajouté.
Je recommande malgré tout vivement cette location.”

“Like many oarts of La Spezia the surrounding area is not well maintained for parks, gardens and walkways.
The unit itself is comfortable but the toilet/bathroom is a bit cramped.
You need to be able to walk or catch the bus to get to more central areas.
For us it was good 👍 ”

“Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wurden von Matteo und Andrea mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt. Die Wohnung ist modern und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Balkon allerdings ist sehr klein und lädt nicht zum draußen sitzen ein. Abends wurde es ab 22.00 Uhr bis ca. 00.00 Uhr sehr laut vor dem Apartment. Mit geschlossenem Fenster, war es okay. Für unser Auto haben wir hederzeit einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. ”
