“Best experience ever ”

“This is our second stay at Hacienda Cucuyo. It is such a hidden gem overlooking Samaná Bay. It has a limited occupancy which makes it perfect for a retreat style stay. It is quiet, comfortable, and very connected experience. Daniela is an absolutely terrific hostess! She welcomed us warmly and is the perfect host as is Victor and the rest of the staff. “The hotel was ok”

“No water in the toilet l ask for fixing the problem several hours after I came back and nobody did nothing. I paid the hotel with my credit card through Expedia, when I arrived to checking they asked me to pay in cash, they didn’t accept credit card.”

“Expedia is not updated for check in process. It is not Ganesh Hotel, it is village lodge. Regardless, we were redirected to the right place in village lodge and had the most amazing attentiveness and service by the owner, Caro, and our hostess, Luisa. Very beautiful beach loft in the middle of the jungle and 50 feet away from the most gorgeous secluded beach. Recommending this place to anyone who travels to Samaná. Not for people with disabilities or children.”

“El hotel esta localizado en un lugar muy bonito y la vista es increible, tiene detalles con la limpieza y el desayuno incluido es poco variado y sirven muy poco pero de ahi en fuera el personal es demasiado atento y te hacen sentir muy VIP, la zona de bar y alberca son geniales y pasas un rato muy divertido con los demas huespedes aunque no los conozcas. ¿Si volveria? Claro que si ”

“An okay option for a quick stay. I would not like to spend time in the room. The bed was comfortable and at the first glance it looked well cleaned, but they have missed the details (like the wall close to the bed). The bed was put into the corner which isn't optimal if you are 2 people. Plus for hot water in the shower, with good pressure, and for free morning coffee. No safety available. Cash only. Spanish speaking. ”
