“We enjoyed our stay until the water was turned off unexpectedly. We had just spent two days without a shower, so it was disappointing. It was resolved that night, but we had gone to a hotel in the meantime. My only other complaint was how DARK the bathroom was. Hope the host can take care of that for the next guest.”

“The property is nicely decorated and well-appointed and has a great location in downtown El Paso. The owners are extremely obliging and everything runs smoothly. I've rented the place several times now and would recommend it.”

“DO NOT PAY TO FOR THIS LOCATION!!! The host Monica never answered! She never sent updates on check in instructions! I contacted her prior to my stay and never heard from her and the day of there was no answer sent multiple messages and her phone was off it would go straight to voicemail. They take your money and the night of your stay your left to fend for yourself and pay to stay at another location. VRBO basically has not send me my refund as they keep saying they are solving the issue but...

“My sister stayed here for a month and had a nice stay. There were a few small issues that she noticed and the property owner addressed them right away. The unit was clean and functional. She did note that the mattress was okay, not amazing, but the other furniture was comfortable.”
