“Everything about our stay was top-notch. The hosts were very accommodating to all of our needs and very accessible. Provided many options for food and entertainment in that local area and went above and beyond with special requests. If I could recommend one bonus improvement to the house, it would be to add outdoor fans near the outside dining area for air circulation near the bbq. Other than that, 5 stars! Looking forward to our next stay. ”

“We had a wonderful time, it was really close to the malecón where we enjoyed food, Tim ‘s bike rentals and Baja adventures ( fun for teens and kids).The host was friendly and spoke English well. The home was modern and clean very comfortable. The host was very quick to answer questions and helpful. It was peaceful for being in the city and it was really nice to have the parking area behind a garage door in a covered area it made it easy to unload and load the van right into the casa. ”

“We had a great time and experience here! The property manager Ana was awesome and super accommodating. If you have any experience with Mexico and can handle a few things like singing neighbors and strange neighborhood, this place was perfect. It was about a 5 minute walk from downtown and had local stores within 5 minutes away as well. I wouldn't pick this place as a party house, but if you are looking at eating some local food and hanging out on a private patio this place is perfect!”

“Nice small casita, great for solo travel or couples. Entrance a little tricky to find at first, but if you just drive around the property, eventually you will see the entrance to the driveway. It’s pretty easy to back your smaller vehicle under the carport. Hot water was good. AC was excellent. The view from roofdeck is great. Small backyard patio was nice too at night and evenings. Bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this property. ”

“This place was wonderful. Luis was so helpful with everything we could want. The beach was essentially private (cows, goats and neighborhood dogs not withstanding). We caught fish from the shore and ate a wonderful dinner. We had 22 people - 11 adults and 11 kids and plenty of space. We already want to come back!”

“My vacation was somewhat ruined by the fact that this rental was turned over to us in a very disgusting and unsanitary condition. The house had not been cleaned in what I would guess was months. There was a filthy mess in the showers, toilets, opened food in the fridge, freezer and cabinets. The towels left for us to dry off with were stained and dirty. “A must see property, amazing view of the sea with an excellent property manager and a gracious owner. There was a small mishap during our stay in the property and the manager immediately took care of the problem and with the owner being directly involved we got a major credit refund. This was the highlight of our trip and we certainly need to return back there soon. ”

“Place is huge great for a big family. I loved the area, beautiful view from the top terrace. Communication with the host was as necessary but great. I definitely recommend this place. I would stay there again.”

"Excellent location in LaPaz. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Daily cleaning excellent. Deep clean of fans etc, maybe needed and some new towels. We were 2 in the room and only one hand towel. Asked for an extra, and staff came quickly with one, but maid did not put in 2 the following days. Beds comfortable. Rooms could do with a bit of updating, furniture a bit worn. There is a coffeemaker in the room, but no filters or coffee. If there was a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room would have given a higher rating. Melt next door for breakfast was excellent."
